Well, for me... our proposed system was I think relevant for us. Does originality of a proposed system questions here?.. Well, frankly speaking our proposed system was not a original or the first payroll system to be invented but I personally believe that it matters only on how and what approaches we will take into consideration to develop it. Its a bigger factor that we have clients, we depend on the clients dilemma and their desire. I'm not talking here of the currently invented system nowadays, we know that a lot of people who knew about making one was inventing this or perhaps it could be their source of income, not to mention so many years ago PAYROLL system was been used by any companies. I think that its the best system to develop this time because of the given span of time... we will only have 3 months to be exact to finished the documentations including the analysis and designing to it... and its not a secret to us that 3 months is not enough... It takes a lot of time documenting, analyzing and designing it and we will only have 3months to have it...
So our grouped decided to have it, our proposed system: HUMAN RESOURCE INFORMATION and PAYROLL SYSTEM... I think it never reflects of how many years we spent in the University or the learning we have gained. We sure have lots of knowledge that the University imparted to us but then we should also consider the time and our capabilities as of this stage in our life... We will cherished every steps we will make, and we, considered payroll system as first step for us... We are considering here of starting a small one and then later on we will have bigger one and so on...
It was one of our group mate who opened about it. It was a tutorial center located at Damosa Lanang, Davao City, it caters from pre-school to high school level. They also offer special sessions for foreign students. The tutorial center is only using a printed pages from MS Excel and manually inputted all the data needed from HR to Finance. We arrived in this proposal because it was the company desire to have a automated payroll system and human resource information for their convenient as well. We want to help them since it has been existing a year and 5 months in the industry, we want to help them to have a better and efficient human resource and payroll system.. We have talked about it and discussed at it... We still have the same answer... to still continue what we have started... We have words of wisdom and we will stick to it..
Lastly, we know that our Instructor in the said subject will also decide if we should continue to our proposed system... If he will approved it, then we will be thankful and if not, then we have no choice but to change our proposed system... (o'.'o)
